Terms of Use
This website is operated by IT Genetics Ltd, trading as LeadClient (registered in England & Wales, company no. 07579763) — “we”, “us”. Contact: hello@leadclient.co.uk · 01223 65 06 15. By using this site you agree to these terms.
1. These terms cover the website
These terms govern your use of leadclient.co.uk. If you become a LeadClient customer, the services themselves are governed by the LeadClient Service Agreement and your Order — those documents take priority over anything here.
2. Enquiries and callbacks
When you submit an enquiry form or call us, you're asking us to contact you about your enquiry — by phone, text message or email. Calls to and from our numbers are answered or made by our AI assistant and are recorded; you'll be told this on the call. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy & Cookies Policy.
3. What's on this site
The information on this site is general and provided in good faith, but it isn't an offer capable of acceptance. Prices, features and availability (including one-trade-per-town exclusivity) are indicative and are confirmed in your Order when you sign up. We may change the site's content at any time.
4. Our content
Everything on this site — text, design, logos, images and software — belongs to us or our licensors. You may browse and print pages for your own use, but you may not copy, scrape or reuse our content commercially without our written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse this site: no attempting to breach security, no automated scraping or bulk submission of forms, no submitting false enquiries or other people's details, and no using the site for anything unlawful. We may block access for misuse.
6. Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites, we're not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
7. Liability for this website
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the site is provided “as is”: we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we aren't liable for loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the website itself. Liability relating to the services we provide to customers is dealt with in the Service Agreement.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time — the date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply from when they're posted on this page.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
